What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten? Where?
I wish I still had the photo… Oh wait! I may have it from my blog post about arriving in Croatia! Okay… maybe not.
It would be a traditional Swedish holiday dish of rye bread, topped with three varieties of pickled herring, hard-boiled eggs, onions, gerkins, lettuce, sauce, etc. Honestly, after airline food – it was quite tasty!
Weirdest? Fresh lamb kabobs in Afghanistan, like really walking and breathing 2 minutes before fresh.
I bet they were DELICIOUS!
