You got it!  It is National Chocolate-Covered Anything Day.  Go cover things in chocolate to your hearts desire!  Fruit, salty snacks, bacon, people!

I had to make that announcement since today is filled with more gift-buying for Christmas, packing gifts up, going to the Post Office and shipping them all over the world… well, to locales in the US and Europe anyway.  Oh yeah… my Christmas Cards will go out today, too!  Then it’s off to the nearby booming Metropolis to do MORE shopping, and dinner with friends and to see a hand-bell choir concert of holiday music.  It’ll be my first time attending, but I don’t think it’ll be like the Hershey’s Kisses commercial though.

For now, I leave you with the mental image that it’s time for me to go cover something in chocolate…
