If you could be on stage with your favorite performer, whom would you choose?  Where would the performance be?

Oh my…. who would I get on stage with…. Lzzy Hale and the guys from Halestorm?  Grace Potter & The Nocturnals?  Barbra Streisand? (I know… you didn’t see that one coming…).  I don’t think I can really pick as I switch up who I’m listening to on a daily basis.  Some days are even NPR days.

What I know is that if any singer (HA! originally I wrote “sinner”… Freudian slip!) asked me to sing with them on stage, ANYWHERE, I’d be terrified.  I have horrible stage fright… that whole shaking-in-my-shoes-and-want-to-throw-up business.  But, Sarah!  People say you sing really well!  Yeah, I know.  Singing in front of people, even my closest friends while playing a game and being tasked with singing the national anthem, had me quivering with anxiety and fear of fucking up… not to mention outright rejection, condemnation and comments of how awful I did.  I rushed through the anthem, seated and my voice quavering, as fast as I possibly could just to get it over with.

When I’m by myself… in the car, my own personal boombox… I’m awesome.
