Wow, you’d think that there’d be some good search terms leading people to my blog by now, but same old same ol’. So, I’m just gonna skip right over them this week and head right to Project 365: Random Facts 58-64.
Random Fact 58 – I often sleep like a mummy.
I start on the right side, then flip to the back and end up on the left side by the morning. Sometimes I do sleep on my stomach – usually when I’m cold, and then I burrow down under the blankets. At some point I overheat and come back out from under the blankets, but usually I’m in “mummy position”, arms crossed over my chest.
Random Fact 59 – I dream almost every night. Black and white. In color. A combination of the two. I usually remember at least one dream.
This is true, and I have had some wild and wacky dreams. I average 3-4 dreams a night but trying to remember them all when I get up in the morning is futile, so I often only remember just the last one.
Random Fact 60 – I’m allergic to deodorants and antiperspirants… I use the one I’m least allergic to anyway… when I don’t have a rash from it.
Isn’t that sexy?? Not really; looking like a monkey scratching under my pits isn’t exactly what I want to be seen doing. Thankfully I don’t seem to repel people with my natural smell… unless I’ve been working out. Then, well… it’s a good thing I take a shower.
Random Fact 61 – I can hang a spoon from the end of my nose as well as from my elbows.
Yeah – I can. I’m pretty talented like that. My mom is proud.
Random Fact 62 – I have never been to Great America.
Nope. Never. Haven’t been there at all. I’ve seen it in passing from the interstate, but not once have I ventured into the amusement park.
Random Fact 63 – I have never been downhill skiing.
I’ve been cross-country skiing, and I do enjoy it, but I’ve never gone downhill. I’m sure it’s a lot of fun once you get the hang of it.
Random Fact 64 – When I do something dumb and say, “OH Noooo!!!” it sounds like a South American Futbol Announcers shout of “GOOOOAAALLLL!”
I started doing this a few years ago, and I’m sure it was probably from when I worked in student housing and one of our leasing associates watched a LOT of FIFA Soccer. From my office I would hear the commentary, and then I just seemed to pick up the “Oh Nooooooooo!” cry. It’s one of my quirks.
