Sunday Search Terms for January 1st, 2012

Happy First Day of 2012!!

Like many of you, I brought in the New Year with friends.   Honestly, I thought I’d be asleep for it… I haven’t rung in the new year awake in years.  So, after one very late night and some much-needed coffee, DH and I summoned the energy to take down the Christmas decor and pack it away for the year.  It was then on to putting the rooms back to the way they were, cleaning and attempting to get a blog post written.

This weeks Sunday Search Terms is brought to you by:  The Family Guy.  I got season 6 on disc for Christmas, and it’s my background noise.

  1. cindy lou who
Cindy Lou Who – the innocent little Who who lived in Whoville, a town besieged by the Grinch.  The little Who who’s sad, little face touched the heart of the Grinch as he stole the Who’s Christmas from them.
  2. stuart smalley random thoughts
We all think of random thoughts.  Negative thoughts.  Unemotional thoughts.  Thoughts about your fingernails… you get the idea.   Stuart Smalley takes the cake for positive thoughts.  Cause he’s good enough, smart enough and doggone it, people like him.
  3. day phrase
This one confuses me.  Day phrase?  Phrases about days?  Just one day in particular?  I might have to think about this one… Okay.  Got it.  Dirty Harry – “Go ahead, make my day.”
  4. mice in living room ceiling
I feel for you!  Mice in the living room ceiling is a pain in the butt.  Not only do mice running across the ceiling sound like they are as big as an elephant… okay, maybe a rat.  DH and I have been lucky and since the last occurrence, they have been quiet.
